At Long Last -- Barbecue Sauce for Vegetarians

J.T. Pappy’s Gator Sauces are an unusual tan color from their base of mustard and tomato paste. Unlike most barbecue sauces, they’re low in sugar and totally vegetarian, using a Worcestershire sauce made without anchovies. Hickory Heaven has a hickory flavoring; the other three are mustardy chile pepper sauces in three degrees of heat.
