Boys Choir of Harlem Official Guilty of Abuse

The director of counseling for the world-renowned Boys Choir of Harlem was convicted of sexually molesting a 13-year-old choirboy.
A state Supreme Court jury found Frank Jones, 51, guilty of 24 counts of sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Jones faces up to two years in state prison when he is sentenced on Dec. 6. Prosecutors accused Jones of kissing, licking and massaging the boy, now 16, in Jones’ Manhattan apartment and at the prestigious Choir Academy in Harlem.
