Engineers Give Shuttle Problems Closer Look

From Times Wire Reports

NASA delayed the launching of space shuttle Endeavour until late next week, giving engineers more time to evaluate two potential problems.

Endeavour was to leave on its mission to the international space station last Monday, but the countdown was halted because of a leak in the astronauts’ oxygen supply system.

While replacing the leaky hose, workers accidentally knocked a platform into the shuttle robot arm. The arm was scraped, and tests were ordered to determine whether the damage was more than skin deep.
