Freezing Winds Chill Cities in Panhandle

A blast of cold, dry air swept into Florida early Friday, sending temperatures as low as 25 degrees in the Panhandle cities of Tallahassee and Perry.
Orlando hit 41 degrees overnight, and temperatures were expected to drop further this weekend.
