Russian tycoon Boris A. Berezovsky and two associates were charged with fraud in connection with the theft of cars from Russia’s largest carmaker, Avtovaz, Deputy Prosecutor General Vladimir Kolesnikov said on Russian television. He said Berezovsky, Badri Patarkatsishvili and Yulia Dubova had all been charged in absentia.
