2 U.S. Soldiers Charged in Fatal Vehicle Accident

Two U.S. soldiers whose armored vehicle killed two 14-year-old South Korean girls have been arraigned on charges of negligent homicide, the U.S. military said. Sgt. Mark Walker and Sgt. Fernando Nino were arraigned at Camp Casey, north of Seoul.
Walker and Nino were training June 13 near North Korea when their vehicle struck the girls on a public road. They could be sentenced to six years in a U.S. prison if convicted.
