Ex-Iraqi Envoy’s Son Accused of Aiding Spies

A former Iraqi diplomat’s son was charged with aiding several suspected spies, according to documents filed in federal court in Manhattan.
Raed Rokan Anbuke, 28, is accused of working with five suspected Iraqi spies, including four who worked with Iraq’s mission to the United Nations. Anbuke is a son of Rokan Anbuke, a former deputy permanent representative to the Iraqi mission.
The younger Anbuke is due in court today. His lawyer did not return a call seeking comment.
