Passover recipes, passed around

Share

From one somewhat vagabond to another, I enjoyed your humor of the “collected always in transit by moving” recipe collection (“Finally Home for the Seder,” April 9). As time has aged us all and those we hold dear have passed, my mother and I have merged our homes into one -- along with my voluminous and myriad assortment of cooking/baking books, enormous binders and file folders of “collectibles (from family/friends).”

This year we’re thinking of cooking Passover dinner for the two of us and my cousin in college, who is looking forward to a home-cooked Jewish meal at his favorite great-aunt’s house. I’m loaded with recipes from sugar-free to low-fat and/or no fat. As life changes, the table changes. You brightened my day with some laughter.
