Former Officer Sought in Massacre Surrenders

A former Yugoslav army captain, long charged by the U.N. war crimes court in connection with a massacre in the 1991 Croatian War, surrendered to Serbian authorities in Belgrade, a government official said.
Miroslav Radic was accused with two other former officers of ordering the deaths of more than 200 civilians and prisoners of war. He is expected to be extradited to the war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands.
