UCI Ranked 12th in Nation by Magazine

UC Irvine has been ranked 12th among the nation’s best public universities by U.S. News and World Report, university officials said Thursday.
It was the 11th year the university has been listed among the nation’s top-20 public universities by the magazine, which annually ranks the accredited four-year undergraduate programs of colleges and universities.
“We are happy to be among the nation’s top tier of public and private universities once again,” Chancellor Ralph Cicerone said of the ranking.
