Bail Rejected for Man Whose Wife Is Missing

Justice of the Peace Harold Albright rejected bail for a Reno man suspected in his wife’s disappearance and his stepson’s abandonment in Utah. Albright said Lyle Montgomery, 42, is a flight risk and public threat.
Montgomery is a suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Jeanette Acord, and is accused in Utah of abandoning Acord’s 3-year-old son Jan. 25.
