Prosecution Rests in Killing-by-Car Case

Prosecutors in the Houston murder trial of Texas dentist Clara Harris rested their case after two witnesses said they saw her run over her husband repeatedly with her Mercedes after catching him with another woman.
Harris is accused of killing her husband and business partner David Harris, an orthodontist, on July 24 in a parking lot after finding him there with their former receptionist, Gail Bridges.
