From Times Wire Reports
A Thai court approved the extradition of a Florida millionaire wanted in the United States in connection with the 1987 slaying of his socialite wife. James Vincent Sullivan, 61, is accused of paying another man $25,000 to kill Lita McClinton Sullivan to avoid losing property in a divorce. Sullivan, who is in Thai custody, denies the allegations.
A man charged with the killing, Phillip Anthony Harwood, pleaded guilty to reduced charges in exchange for testimony. He denies being the gunman.
