Alleged Abuse Victim Sentenced in Gun Case

A Baltimore man acquitted of trying to kill a priest who allegedly abused him as a boy was sentenced to 18 months of house arrest on gun charges.
Dontee Stokes, 26, was cleared Dec. 16 of attempted murder, reckless endangerment and assault for shooting and wounding Father Maurice Blackwell outside his home.
Stokes admitted shooting Blackwell but claimed temporary insanity, saying he blacked out while confronting him.
