Man Accused of Putting Bomb in Mailbox

An man said to be a former militia group member was arrested for allegedly placing a pipe bomb in the mailbox of an environmental group and setting a forest fire, authorities said.
Raymond Kodiak Sandoval, 34, has been charged with violating federal statutes involving explosives and causing damage to federal land, FBI Supervisory Special Agent Doug Beldon said in Santa Fe.
