Jury in Spy Case Finishes 3rd Day of Deliberations

Jurors in the trial of spy suspect Brian Regan finished a third full day of deliberations without reaching a verdict.
Before leaving for the day, the jury asked U.S. District Judge Gerald Bruce Lee additional questions about how to reach a verdict. The questions were not read in court.
Deliberations are set to resume today in Alexandria.
Regan, 40, of Bowie, Md., has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
