Dead Girl Could Be Missing Virginian

Police are investigating the possibility that a missing child from Virginia could be the girl whose decapitated body was found near a Kansas City park almost two years ago.
Officers said they are testing a DNA sample from a man who says he is the father of Brittany Renee Williams of Richmond, Va.
Brittany was 7 years old when she was last seen in August 2000. Investigators believe the girl found dead in Kansas City in April 2001 was between 4 and 6.
