2001 Pazo de Senorans Albarino

Share

Whenever I pour this wine, I have a hard time setting my glass down. It carries a light scent of citrus and flowers, and there’s a wonderful salty mineral element woven through the taste of the fresh golden fruit.

The white Albarino grape, native to Spain’s green northwest coast, has a lively acidity that makes it the perfect partner for seafood. Because it’s kept on the lees for up to six months, this version has more character than most.
