1 in Mosque Raid Freed; Charges Reduced for 2

British police said they had released one of seven men arrested during a raid Monday on a mosque in north London and had decided not to press terrorism charges against two others. They said the man released was a 23-year-old North African.
The other two remain in custody on immigration charges, and one of them also for allegedly possessing a tear gas canister, police said.
