Man to Face Chemical Weapons Charge

Police investigating the discovery of the deadly toxin ricin in a London flat this month said a suspect would appear in court today to face a charge of conspiring to manufacture a chemical weapon.
A London police spokesman said Mouloud Bouhrama, also known as Mohammed Bouhrama, 31, is being charged with conspiring with four others to develop or produce a chemical weapon.
Bouhrama was arrested a week ago.
