‘Rowdy’ Behavior

Re “Police Break Up Rowdy Raider Fans in Oakland,” Jan. 27: The Times has redefined the word “rowdy” as behavior that includes: (1) cars being set on fire; (2) windows being broken; and (3) rocks and bottles being thrown. Huh?
