A fugitive twice portrayed on “America’s Most Wanted” was arrested in a casino in connection with two killings and drug- and tax-related crimes, the U.S. Marshals Service said Tuesday.

Clarence “Rusty” Tomlin, 55, had been a fugitive for 14 years when he was arrested by local and federal officers at the Crystal Palace Casino, where he was registered under an alias, authorities said.

Tomlin was wanted in the 1992 killing of his girlfriend and the 1989 killing of a San Jose real estate agent.
