Gunmen Kill Federal Police Commander

Unidentified gunmen sprayed at least 20 bullets into a van carrying a commander of Mexico’s federal investigative police in the northern border city of Nuevo Laredo, killing him and his brother and injuring his pregnant wife, police said.
Adolfo Ruiz Ibarra, local commander of the Federal Investigative Agency, and his brother Raymundo died at the scene, a busy downtown intersection.
