Suicide Bombing Kills 15 Near Chechnya

A female suicide bomber blew up a bus carrying workers from a Russian air base near Chechnya, killing at least 15 people and injuring many others, officials said.
The bus was waiting at a railroad crossing when a woman approached and detonated explosives, an Interior Ministry official said.
