2 Inspecting Power Lines Die in Copter Crash

A helicopter conducting low-flying inspections of power lines crashed, killing both on board.
The helicopter came down through dense woods in Montpelier, about 20 miles northwest of Richmond, said Leah Yeager, an air safety investigator with the National Transportation Safety Board.
No one on the ground was injured. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
