5 More Suspects Held
in Riyadh Bombings
At least five more suspects have been arrested in connection with last month’s suicide bombings at Western residential compounds in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s interior minister said.
Prince Nayif ibn Abdulaziz said at least 30 people have been identified as being linked to the bombings, including those in custody and nine who died during the attacks that killed 26 others, including eight Americans.
He did not identify the latest detainees or give further details, and it was unclear how many people have been arrested in the investigation, in which U.S. officials are participating.
