Tornado Destroys Hundreds of Homes

A tornado touched down near Oklahoma City, a day after another twister tore through a separate area near the city, destroying 300 homes and injuring more than 130 people.
The tornado hit northeast of downtown Oklahoma City, as tornado sirens rang and thousands headed toward shelters.
At rush hour on Thursday, a large tornado tore through Moore, about 15 miles south of Oklahoma City, ripping through buildings and snapping power poles.
This week, tornadoes and flash floods have killed 43 people in central states.
