From Times Wire Reports

Filip Vujanovic, a former prime minister who favors independence from Serbia, won a landslide victory in Montenegro’s presidential election, according to unofficial results.

In the third attempt in five months, the vote finally succeeded in picking a president. Vujanovic had garnered the most votes in two earlier polls, which failed to reach the required voter turnout and were voided.

Parliament eliminated that stipulation on turnout before this vote.
