No Consequences

Re “Students in Hazing Brawl Suspended,” May 13: These high school seniors have such a sense of superiority and entitlement that they commit these heinous acts and videotape them. So they are suspended -- big deal. And they may be expelled but will not be prevented from graduating? So, basically, very light punishment. When did the concept of consequences disappear from our culture?
