Judicial Building Opens After Protests End

The state Judicial Building in Montgomery reopened to the public for the first time since a protest over the removal of a Ten Commandments monument began.
The building was closed Aug. 21, the day after a federal judge ruled the monument was an unconstitutional promotion of religion by government.
