Weakening System Brings Little Rainfall
From Times Wire Reports
Most of the state was spared heavy rain forecasters had believed Tropical Storm Henri would bring, as the system weakened into a tropical depression and moved quickly across the peninsula.
Rainfall in most areas affected by Henri fell far short of the expected 6 to 12 inches.
