Police Kill Suspect in Bombay Bombings

Indian police said they killed a man who they believed masterminded car bombings that killed more than 50 people last month in Bombay. Police Commissioner Ranjit Sharma said the suspect, identified as Naseer, and another man were killed in a gunfight in central Bombay.
Naseer and his aide were in a car carrying explosives and guns when it was intercepted by police, Sharma said.
