Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. said it had reached settlement agreements with a group of apparel manufacturers that it accused of copyright infringement last year.

The Anaheim-based retailer said 14 defendants collectively had agreed to pay the company $345,000 to resolve the matter.

The defendants also agreed to stop copying the designs and logos from Tilt, PacSun’s private label brand, and to destroy the remaining inventory and the screens used to create the copies, Chief Financial Officer Carl Womack said.
