12-Year-Old Girl Is Killed by Stray Bullet

A 12-year-old Palestinian girl was shot dead in the southern Gaza Strip town of Khan Yunis, Palestinian medics said.
Iman Tulba died when Israeli soldiers at the Ganei Tal Jewish settlement opened fire at a nearby three-story building in Khan Yunis. The military said soldiers were shooting at militants who had fired a rocket.
Tulba’s cousin, Alaa, said he saw a bullet fly through the family’s kitchen window, ricochet off a wall and hit her. He said there were no clashes in the area at the time.
