Arden Realty Inc., a Los Angeles real estate investment trust, said first-quarter profit rose 22.7% to $18.9 million, or 29 cents a share. Funds from operations slipped 6% to $43.3 million, or 65 cents a share. Revenue rose 4% to $105.2 million.
