Clinton’s Korea Policy

Re “Front Lines Shift, So Should Troops,” Commentary, Aug. 20: Charles Krauthammer’s version of history is wildly inaccurate. He accuses the Clinton administration of “abject surrender” to the North Koreans on the nuclear issue. In fact, Bill Clinton in 1994 adopted a policy vowing attack if the Koreans resumed nuclear weapons production.
