4th Man Detained in Alleged Plot

BERLIN —
German authorities detained a fourth man in connection with a suspected plan to kill interim Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi here last week, the federal prosecutor’s office said Saturday.
On Friday, police arrested three Iraqis after indications that they were planning an attack on Allawi on Thursday.
The fourth man, a Lebanese, was arrested in Berlin on suspicion of supporting the attack plans and of supporting a terrorist organization, the prosecutor’s office said.
