Rescuers pulled at least four survivors from a building that collapsed in flash floods and mudslides that hit the northeastern Philippines 10 days ago, a radio station reported.

Twenty more people were reportedly trapped inside, rescuers said.

The four, including a 7-year-old girl, were rescued in Real, about 45 miles east of Manila, Radio DZBB reported.

They were apparently holed up in the kitchen, which was buried under mud, the radio station said. The storms last week have left at least 740 people dead and 754 missing, the Office of Civil Defense reported.
