Rape, Assault Charges on West Point Cadet

A West Point cadet was charged with one count of rape and five counts of indecent assault after allegedly breaking into the rooms of female cadets while they slept, the U.S. Military Academy said.
Tracey L. Rivers, a second-year cadet from Superior, Wis., also faces three counts of housebreaking and one of unlawful entry, among other charges.
