Thank goodness Mike Garrett realized the obvious: It’s foolish for USC to spend time and money constructing a new basketball arena while its coach is busy tearing down its program and players. Good riddance, Henry!

I was a big fan of Henry Bibby until I read the article a few years ago dealing with the way he callously treated his USC walk-ons. I’m over it now, so go ahead and tell him he can keep his free shoes and to grab a slice of pizza on his way out.
