Real Estate Heir Gets 9 Months on Gun Charges

Millionaire real estate heir Robert Durst, acquitted last year of murdering a neighbor in Texas, was sentenced in Philadelphia to nine months in prison for taking a gun across state lines while he was a fugitive.
The case involved two .38-caliber revolvers that Durst brought with him when he fled Texas in 2001 after the shooting death of his 71-year-old neighbor, Morris Black, whose body Durst admitted chopping up and dumping into Galveston Bay.
