* Coast Plaza Doctors Hospital, a 123-bed acute care facility in Norwalk, said it would pay the U.S. government $4.1 million to settle a dispute with the Department of Health and Human Services regarding questionable Medicare reimbursements. Coast Plaza said it admitted no liability in the case.
