U.S. Offers $10 Million for Suspected Terrorist

The U.S. Army in Baghdad said it had doubled to $10 million the reward for information leading to the arrest or conviction of a Jordanian man linked to Al Qaeda who it said was trying to ignite a civil war in Iraq.
The U.S.-led occupation authority has said it seized a letter purportedly written by Abu Musab Zarqawi outlining a strategy of attacks aimed at pitting Shiite Muslims against Sunni Muslims and Kurds.
