From Times Staff Reports
Three men who tried to push past a security guard at House of Blues and then assaulted him were arrested Friday, police said.
The guard, who was not identified, was stabbed once in the neck just after midnight. His wounds weren’t life-threatening.
Chauncey Hawkins, 28, of Atlanta, Ga., William Reyes, 22, of Stanford, Calif., and Teon Tanqueray, 26, of Tarzana were booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder. They had tried to get into a sold-out event, police said.
