Henry A. Bacon, 45, of Wagram, N.C.; sergeant first class, Army. Bacon was killed Feb. 20 when he was struck by a recovery vehicle while assisting a disabled vehicle in Ad Dujayl, Iraq. He was assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 1st Squadron, 10th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 4th Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division at Ft. Hood, Texas.

David E. Hall, 21, of Uniontown, Kan.; specialist, Army Reserve. Hall was killed Wednesday in a nonhostile accident in Kabul, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 805th Military Police Company, 16th Military Police Brigade, Army Reserve in Raleigh, N.C.

Matthew C. Laskowski, 32, of Phoenix; chief warrant officer, Army. Laskowski was killed Wednesday when the helicopter in which he was flying crashed in Habbinayah, Iraq. He was assigned to the 4th Squadron, Outlaw Troop, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment at Ft. Carson, Colo.

Stephen M. Wells, 29, of Massachusetts; chief warrant officer, Army. Wells was killed Wednesday when the helicopter in which he was flying crashed in Habbinayah, Iraq. He was assigned to the 4th Squadron, Outlaw Troop, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment at Ft. Carson.
