Potential jurors for the criminal trial of Martha Stewart will get questionnaires Tuesday, setting in motion almost a week of reviews to see who will decide the future of the homemaking celebrity.

Prosecutors and defense lawyers will have six days to review jury questionnaires and move to dismiss panelists with conflicts in the case, according to a schedule set by the presiding judge.

Stewart is expected to make her first appearance in court on Jan. 20, when potential jurors will be called into the courtroom to answer questions from attorneys.
