Letter Bombs Explode but Cause No Injuries

Letter bombs sent to European Parliament members exploded in Brussels and the British city of Manchester, and Belgium said seven additional suspect packages had been intercepted. No one was injured.
Both packages that went off were posted in Bologna, Italy, as was another intercepted in Brussels, leading to immediate assumptions of a link to a string of letter bombs sent from Bologna last month to European figures and institutions.
Italian police suspect an anarchist group.
