If some of the titles on this year’s Sneaks list seem familiar, it’s because they appeared here a year ago, sometimes in slightly altered form, but often with no discernible differences. Has time changed their fortunes? Check this space in 2005.

Reappearing with same title: “Against the Ropes,” “The Alamo,” “The Big Bounce,” “Broken Lizard’s Club Dread,” “The Butterfly Effect,” “Carandiru,” “The Clearing,” “Ella Enchanted,” “Exorcist: The Beginning,” “The Girl Next Door,” “Godsend,” “Hypnotic,” “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead,” “J.M. Barrie’s Neverland,” “Jersey Girl,” “The Mother,” “The Notebook,” “Novo,” “The Perfect Score,” “The Reckoning,” “Sex Is Comedy,” “Zhou Yu’s Train.”

Back, with a twist -- because it’s the little things that count: “Barbershop 2: Back in Business” (gained a subtitle), “Catch That Girl” (now “Catch That Kid”), “Dirty Dancing 2: Havana Nights” (no longer has the “2” in the title).
