From Times Wire Reports

A meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna moved toward a sharp rebuke of Iran for delaying a probe into its nuclear activities. Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei urged Tehran to replace foot-dragging with “full cooperation.”

A resolution calling for increased cooperation is likely to be presented at the meeting, which will also review an agency report noting that Iran granted access to inspectors but otherwise failed to eliminate international concern that it was attempting to make nuclear weapons.
