Alleged Rebel Slain After Ingushetia Attack

Magomed Yevloyev, an alleged leader of last week’s rebel attack in the Ingushetia region, was killed as authorities tried to arrest him, a prosecutor said. Ingush authorities, meanwhile, lowered the death toll in the assault to 88, Interfax reported.
